Ofsted is the Office for Standards in Education, Children’s Services and Skills. They report directly to Parliament and are independent and impartial. They inspect and regulate services, which care for children and young people, and those providing education and skills for learners of all ages.
The school underwent an inspection by Ofsted in February 2017. The school was judged as requiring improvement. Since this inspection there have been a number of significant changes within the school and Woodlands Infant School has an on-going commitment to rising standards and moving forward to provide the highest quality of education possible for all our pupils.
